These Terms of Service explain the rules for using PrepNMC, including accounts, subscriptions, study content, competitions, support, and account closure across both web and mobile.

1. Using PrepNMC

These Terms of Service govern your use of PrepNMC across the website, mobile app, and related support channels. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any PrepNMC feature, you agree to these terms.

PrepNMC is an independent educational study platform for nursing and midwifery learners. It is not the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, a school portal, or a substitute for official institutional or regulatory guidance.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or updating your account. Your login credentials are personal to you, and you must keep them secure.

You may not share your password, transfer paid access informally, impersonate another learner, or bypass device or access controls. If you change phones or need help restoring access, use the official support routes so the account can be reviewed safely.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and premium access

Some PrepNMC features may require an active paid subscription or other verified entitlement. Premium access starts only after the relevant provider confirms payment or subscription status.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may depend on the provider or store used at checkout and the rules that apply there. If payment status is delayed or unclear, use the restore or support options before attempting another purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may use PrepNMC only for lawful, personal, educational use. You may not misuse the platform in a way that harms other learners, the question bank, or our systems.

  • Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute PrepNMC questions, explanations, mock content, branding, or study materials without permission.
  • Do not manipulate scores, leaderboards, competitions, referrals, or support flows.
  • Do not upload or share content that is abusive, misleading, fraudulent, malicious, or designed to interfere with the service.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass technical restrictions or security controls.

5. Content, study tools, and limitations

PrepNMC provides practice questions, revision support, progress feedback, and related learning tools to help you prepare more effectively. While we work to keep content useful and current, we do not guarantee that every explanation, update, or notice will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.

Any time-sensitive information relating to schools, exams, admissions, schedules, or regulatory action should be confirmed with the official source before you rely on it. Using PrepNMC does not guarantee exam success, admission, promotion, or any professional outcome.

6. Competitions, rankings, and public-facing features

If you join weekly mocks, shared quiz flows, rankings, or similar community-facing features, certain limited profile details such as your display name, username, score, avatar, or rank may be shown within those features as part of the normal product experience.

We may remove content, reset scores, limit access, or disqualify entries where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, impersonation, manipulation, or conduct that undermines fair participation.

7. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, shared improperly, used to abuse support systems, or operated in breach of these terms.

You may request deletion of your account through the public Delete Account page. Some account closures may require identity verification or a short review where there are active subscriptions, unresolved disputes, or security concerns.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PrepNMC is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every learner's personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepNMC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions made solely on the basis of study content, notices, or temporary service interruptions.

9. Changes to these terms and contact details

We may revise these terms as the product, payment flows, or support processes evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of PrepNMC after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
