What happens after you submit

For security, we may ask for enough information to confirm the request came from the account owner. Once verified, we review the account, process the deletion request, and close ordinary access to the service.

If we need more information before completing the request, we will contact you at the email address used above.

What data may be retained

Where allowed or required by law, we may retain limited records after account deletion for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or accounting obligations, subscription reconciliation, or other legal compliance purposes.

Any retained records are kept only for those legitimate purposes and are not used to restore normal learner access.

Deleting from the app

If you are signed in to the PrepNMC mobile app, you can start this same process from Account Settings → Delete Account, which brings you to this page. This public page is also the deletion resource linked from our app and store listings.
