1. How to request account deletion
PrepNMC allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page is the public web resource for deletion requests linked from our app and store listings.
To request deletion, send an email to the address below and clearly state that you want your PrepNMC account deleted.
- Email cesiumresources@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line "Delete PrepNMC Account".
- Include the email address attached to the account.
- If available, include your PrepNMC ID or username to help us identify the correct account quickly.
- Mention any active subscription, recent payment, or pending support issue that may need to be reviewed before closure.
2. What happens after you submit a request
For security, we may ask for enough information to confirm that the request came from the account owner. Once verified, we will review the account, process the deletion request, and close ordinary access to the service.
If we need more information before completing the request, we will contact you through the email address used for the deletion request.
3. What data may be retained
Where allowed or required by law, we may retain limited records after account deletion for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or accounting obligations, subscription reconciliation, or other legal compliance purposes.
Any retained records are kept only for those legitimate purposes and are not used to restore normal learner access unless you separately contact support and a lawful reason exists to review the account history.
4. In-app deletion path
If you are signed in to the mobile app, you can also begin the same process from the in-app account settings area. The web page you are reading now is the public deletion resource that supports that flow and can be shared with Google Play or any user who needs a deletion link.
